Wake by 5:00 AM for a 5:30 departure from Hyderabad; plan a highway breakfast and one tea/fuel pause, then arrive in Hampi after 7–8 hours with breaks. Park close to the Virupaksha area and keep the first afternoon gentle: start at Virupaksha Temple, Hampi, stroll Hampi Bazaar, then catch sunset from Hemakuta Hill Temple. Keep it family-paced and leave enough time for hotel check-in, rest, and an easy evening.

Leave Hampi around 6:30 AM after breakfast for the 6.5–7.5 hour drive to Gokarna with one fuel stop and one tea/restroom break around the Hubballi/Yellapur corridor. Check into a beachside stay, then keep the evening soft with Shri Mahabaleshwara Temple (Gokarna), Gokarna Main Beach, and a weather/energy-based choice of Gokarna Kudle Beach. June monsoon seas can be rough, so hidden beaches should stay viewpoint-only unless conditions are clearly safe.

Full Gokarna day: start relaxed, keep the temple-and-beach routing efficient, and treat any banana boat, jet ski, kayaking, or boat ride as optional only if June sea conditions are safe.
