Leave The Aoyama Grand Hotel at 07:45 so you can get to Shinjuku without rushing.

Use the Otsuki route: Kaiji 7 from Shinjuku at 08:30 → Otsuki 09:35, then Fujisan Limited Express 1 from Otsuki at 09:48 → Kawaguchiko 10:46. This is the working plan for tomorrow.

14:00–16:45 — Keep the afternoon simple: lunch, then stay around the lake for extra Fuji views, coffee, and a relaxed ride back toward the station. Since the ropeway is closed, don’t force a filler stop unless visibility is amazing and you still feel like doing more.

• 08:05–08:10 — arrive at Shinjuku Station with time to find the platform.
• 08:30 — Kaiji 7 departs Shinjuku.
• 09:35 — arrive at Otsuki.
• 09:48 — Fujisan Limited Express 1 departs Otsuki.
• 10:46 — arrive at Kawaguchiko.
• 11:00 — photo/snack stop at Lawson Fujikawaguchiko Town hall.
• 11:20 — start the bike ride, focusing on Lake Kawaguchi and Oishi Park.
• 12:45–13:45 — sit-down lunch.
• 14:00–16:45 — relaxed lake time; keep the best Fuji views as the priority.
• 17:52 — depart Kawaguchiko on the Fujikyu Line for Otsuki.
• 18:50 — arrive at Otsuki.
• 19:05 — Azusa 50 departs Otsuki.
• 20:09 — arrive at Shinjuku.
• If you feel done earlier, there is also a tighter option: 17:20 Kawaguchiko → 17:41 Otsuki, then 17:45 Kaiji → 18:47 Shinjuku.

• Keep the morning anchored in Ryogoku for the sumo-world feeling, then go straight to Ginza for lunch and your polished shopping block.
• After Ginza, the best can’t-miss move is Asakusa: walk through Sensō-ji, then continue to Kappabashi Kitchen Supply Town if you want that Tokyo-special retail rabbit-hole feeling.
• Then shift into the grittier side of the city with Ueno and Ameyoko market, which feels much more alive and specific than doing a generic landmark detour.
• End at Akihabara Electric Town if you still want the fluorescent alternate-universe sensation. Skip Tokyo Tower unless you specifically want the classic postcard icon; for your last day, the neighborhood progression is the stronger use of time.
